On May 17th, I subscribed to the "all in one" service (€30/month) from Smodin. After realising the service did not meet the promised standards, I requested a refund and cancellation on May 23rd. While my subscription was cancelled, the refund was not processed. Despite the cancellation, my account remained active, allowing me to use the paid services until June 17th. On June 6th, I contacted customer support to inquire about the AI Grader menu, as I had credits and wished to try it. However, on June 7th, Smodin charged €68.39 to my credit card without any authorization. I noticed this charge on June 12th, and upon checking my account, I saw it had been changed to a "Business and Professional" plan (€79/month). I asked for a refund and they refused it. They say I reactivated the account, but they cannot even justify the wrong amount withdrawn.

Mittlerweile werde einzelne Zahlen und Klammern als KI-Text erkannt. - Das beste ist, dass ein Text aus einer Zeitung vom 02. Juli 1989 als KI-Text erkannt worden ist - super Qualität. Frage: Wenn von Menschen kreiert, Menschen nutze diese Sprache und dann sagt die KI es ist nicht von Menschen? Merkst du was?

Zweryfikowałam działanie programu na tekście, który napisałam kilka lat temu sama. Tekst pochodzi z czasów, w którym systemy AI typu chat GPT nie były dostępne. Okazuje się jednak, że według Smodin prawdopodobieństwo napisania tego tekstu przez AI wynosi 73,4%, a niektórych fragmentów nawet 100%. Dla mnie oznacza to jedno, jeśli użyję Smodin do określenia, czy praca przygotowana przez mojego studenta została napisana przez AI i otrzymam informację, że z dużym prawdopodobieństwem tak właśnie było, to ufając Smodin mogę skrzywdzić studenta, który tak naprawdę napisał pracę samodzielnie.

Der Chatbot generiert gerade einmal 100 Wörter oder bricht noch viel eher ab. Selbst bei Beschreibungen eures Tasks von 2000 Wörter versteht der Bot eure Aufgabe nicht. Bitte macht nicht den gleichen Fehler wie ich und nutzt stattdessen kostenlose AI-Tools. Absolut NICHT zu empfehlen.

"This is a scam website. They are trying to present a good and quality service in the pricing plans to make users curious and upgrade. I trusted them and purchased the highest package to write an article for myself. The resulting article was incomplete and had very poor content. I tried several times and found it unsatisfactory, so I requested a refund. They replied that they have a no-refund policy and offered me additional credits. I am very disappointed with that; the amount of money was significant to me and now I can't get it back. The service is extremely poor and outright stealing money. I advise everyone not to use their service."

Per essere certi che avete delle qualità per cui val la pena spendere una cifra per l'abbonamento più importante è tutto da dimostrare ,e la vostra app non consente altro che di provare forse le cose più banali. Non sono mai riuscito a capire quali potessero essere le capacità di Smodino . Ho sottoscritto il primo abbonamento per tentare di capire qualcosa in più, ma le azioni erano limitate , meglio cosi almeno ho perso pochi soldi e poco tempo , voi perderete molto di più, i miei amici e follower che avevo cominciato ad informare della mia iscrizione per fortuna sono stati pochi, ed ho potuto contro informare che siete solo artificiali in quanto bot ma per nulla intelligenti, fortuna che non mi sia fatto prendere dall'entusiasmo, perché se avessi informato tutti i miei follower sarebbe stato un disastro in quanto sono circa 80.000 nei social di maggiore rilievo come Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook + Facebook Fans , YouTube, Twitter, e da poco due profili per attività diverse su Tik Tok , avrò invece tutto il tempo per fare una equilibrata recensione e sono certo che ne sentirete parlare ... non so cosa augurarvi ..... ovviamente come di tutte le mie recensioni faccio Screen Shot perché qualora inavvertitamente dovesse sparire io la ripubblico qui ed altrove....... Napoli 13/07/2023 Nei giorni scorsi sono stato contattato da Valentin Smodin Support Team (assistenza dell'app Smodin ) mi hanno prima chiesto di spiegare nello specifico tutto quanto accaduto, mi hanno chiesto scusa per quanto accaduto, come loro scelta mi hanno restituito il canone di abbonamento che io avevo sottoscritto ed utilizzato solo per mezzora .... poi avevo cancellato il profilo, ma sempre Smodin mi ha riattivato il profilo ed aggiunto dei crediti , chiedendomi di riutilizzare l'app e di dare indicazioni per eventuali inefficienze , affermando di essere un'azienda giovane che per la loro crescita sono importanti le critiche degli utenti. Ovviamente conservo gelosamente tutte le mail nel caso il caldo possa far impazzire qualcuno che vuole dire il contrario ....il mio unico rammarico è di non aver avuto il tempo di verificare il nuovo andamento dell' app ne tanto meno se mi siano stati accreditati dei crediti da utilizzare ... nella vita faccio anche altro .. ma sicuramente devo riconoscere all'azienda che gestisce l'app Smodin l'apprezzamento per la correttezza di avermi contattato ed il fatto che mi abbiano restituito senza che io chiedessi nulla, il canone come ho già detto , mi riservavo di verificare il nuovo andamento dell'app e di fare una nuova recensione , cosa che farò se andrò ad utilizzare l'app come loro mi hanno chiesto ...... la cosa insolita è accaduta oggi quando ricevo da Trustpilot una mail di maggiore verifica dei miei dati ,dopo che nei giorni scorsi mi erano stati chiesti documenti e video per accertare la mia autenticità ,come ho già ribadito non cestino mai la posta importante, se Trustpilot che mi chiede ulteriori informazioni sul mio account, volesse leggere anche le email intercorse con Valentin Smodin Support Team non ho nessun problema ad inoltrarle . Ritengo giusto salvaguardare la verità delle recensioni nell'interesse delle aziende che possono essere scorrettamente attaccate dalla concorrenza ,e credo che sia altrettanto giusto verificare chi fa le recensioni e perché Resto a disposizione di tutti coloro che abbiano altre domande inerenti l'argomento citato e la sua autenticità

this is a stupid app guys dont dare pay for the service. after you pay they promise to upgrade your credits to 100/ months but its just fake. after paying youre still restricted on the number of words you can recreate i.e 1000 characters and youre still charged for the 1000 characters. stupid stupid stupid app
