Justin(tech) was patient and waited on me to get home from work. He was friendly and very down to earth. As they state, no pressure sales. They just come to do your install, as requested. I asked him for advise on the setup and he helped me out completely. He demonstrated the system after the install to where we all understood it. I couldn't have made a better choice. I did my research and I'm glad I went with SmithThompson.

After a bit of research, we decided to switch our home security to Smith Thompson. We called right before 9AM, wait a couple of minutes and was connected with a sales person. He probably didn't sleep well or someone cut him off on the way to work, he was not enthusiastic or friendly to say the least. After a short exchange and set up the installation date, he was noticeably growing impatient. We've been with ADT for nearly 20 years, we were just too lazy to change. Had I not read the great reviews and liked the substantial savings, I probably would have looked for another company.
