Hi Jack, sorry to hear that the APB03 didn’t meet your expectations. Packs in this grade shouldn’t have large holes and sounds like a mistake has been made. Please send photos of the pack to [email protected]. Be sure to show the defective area. Make sure to include photos of the tag that was affixed to the packs as well. ______________________________________________________________________________ Hi Jack, I appreciate the time you've taken to send over the photos regarding your concern with the APB03 bag. Your images indeed provide valuable insight. Supporting your observations, these seeming 'holes' that you have noticed are in fact built-in access ports, a typical feature of the bag. Although the explicit functionality of these might not be entirely clear (it can potentially support a radio antenna), they are intentionally incorporated into the design. For reference purposes and clarity, I've attached a few images of a APB03 bag that’s had an easier life, demonstrating how this feature is, in essence, a design element and not a flaw or defect. We highly value customer satisfaction and understand that this product might possibly fall short of your expectations. If you decide this isn't the bag for you, we're pleased to inform you that we do provide a return policy. As an alternative, I'd like to suggest considering the MAXTACS Rover Pack This pack is brand new and comes with a 1-year warranty, comparable in size to the APB03 and with pricing that's $10 less than the APB03 you purchased.
