Smith Monitoring made it so easy to switch from ADT. Their price is better, the technician showed up on time, was extremely professional and explained everything in detail to me, and I know their monitoring is outstanding as my boyfriend uses Smith at his home.

I called several alarm companies that were highly rated on the internet and found them to be pushy and most required that we install the alarm system ourselves. Smith Monitoring was awesome! Their fees were straight forward and the salesperson was very helpful. I didn't feel like he was trying to "up charge" me around every corner. They were able to schedule the installer just 3 days later- the benefits of a local company! The installer showed up to the minute on time and was VERY friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Smith Monitoring.

The tech came to the house and was help new where would be the best place add my motion sensor. And there time frame was also good came at the time they they would and called 30 mins before arrival. They also explained how the system works and what where benefits of haveing there system in the house, so the consumer and and will be safer. Thanks the work.

Our Tech, Pete, was excellent. We had just moved into our new house and the previous owners had just cut through all the wires to the alarm system, and it was then trash. Pete explained everything to us and even walked us through everything he was needing to do including the contracts and forms we were signing. He did everything he could to get us the smart house security all with keeping budget in mind, and we are thankful for him!! He was awesome and definitely would recommend to everyone!! Also he was very tidy and made sure to keep picking up after all done!
