Late but good
The tech was about 30 minutes late to our appointment. Other than that, he did a great job explaining Smith monitoring. He was quick and very courteous. A job well done

Friendly and knowledgable group
Today we decided to switch from our old service provider to smith monitoring, and I gotta say they are some of the most knowledgable and friendly folks that I have encountered. The thing that sold us was the way they do their customer service. Thats the reason for the five stars.
