From the call with Cody to set the service up, all the way to David installing the system, I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and manners. I would recommend them to anyone!

We have used another company for 19 years. They have not been the least bit helpful in expanding service to our new shop addition. Smith not only sent out a professional installer, but gave us a good break on the cost of new equipment. Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and concerned about what WE wanted to do as opposed to "This is how it is, take it or leave it". I highly recommend these folks. You won't be disappointed.

In the past I was having problem with my alarm system because I needed to change few pieces and the operator for the alarm co. Was no help .but today talking to Ricki everything was much easier and clear to operate the system thanks ricki for the lesson and everything
