Showed up on time, above and beyond service... service techs are great!... Daniel & Dawn did an awesome job, were both very informative with any questions that were asked. Will definitely recommend to friends and family

I met Daniel and spouse, they worked well together! He installed system and she completed all the paper work, they were detailed and organized. He knew what to look for and she assisted.

Install was quick and good I would recommend them to my friends. The price was better then the other company and they did try to get me for extra money like asg and adt I'm very happy.

The sales person was very helpful. I was impressed with the installers. He and She very professional and took all the time needed to explain our new system. Also they were on-time!!! Gave us a reminder call 30 minutes away! The new key pad is much better than ADT. Should have changed to Smith a long time ago!!!

The installer sent to my home was very friendly and knew his business. He had us changed over with new keypads and the system tested in a very reasonable time frame.

I love my service and my installer was awesome. He had such great customer service and interpersonal skills. The equipment is current and easy to learn all functions. Also the representative who signed me up for the service was extremely helpful. I'm excited and overall a customer for life.
