After a bad experience with adt i did not want to get another security system installed after looking online i stumbled upon smith security I like the smart home they have nice system. Looks better than time warner.

I would actually give a four and a half the first installer forgot equipment and well after waiting a few days we followed through with a new installer... He was wonderful brought his wife to make me feel more secure she did all the paperwork while he made sure every thing was perfect then she taught me every thing and referred to it in the book to make sure I felt comfortable!!! They went out of the way to help me I truly appreciate it!!! Now my home is safe!!!

The tech, Mr. David Lee, was very knowledgeable about the product. He explained everything well. He walked me through the process & made sure I had a good understanding about the product before he left.
