Haven't gotten my aligners yet but so far my experience has been great. Brett has informed me every step of the way. So far, a wonderful experience. Will post a new review once I've completed the process.

It was a great experience. Everyone was so helpful especially Brett who helped me through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable, responded very quickly and always answered my questions. At the end of it, I got my smile back!!

The zoom call to help with impressions was great! Dr Arooj was friendly and gave clear instructions and walked us through each step. It was so easy and we really appreciated her time!!

I deeply regret purchasing aligners from this company. I went through four separate rounds of treatment, including refinements, and none of them delivered the results shown in the digital simulations I was asked to approve. Each time, I followed instructions, wore the aligners as directed, and provided photos when requested. Despite that, the aligners were often loose, ineffective, and failed to close my gaps — which was the main reason I started treatment. With the most recent set, multiple steps were loose, and my teeth actually appear more spaced rather than improved. What made this experience more frustrating was the constant back-and-forth of photos and projections with no real resolution. After four failed attempts, I was told there is no refund due to their policy, despite the treatment not working as promised. This process was exhausting, expensive, and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. UPDATE: After posting this review, Brett Arndt continued contacting me multiple times requesting that I delete or change it. A refund was later issued for the second payment I made (refinement fee) only, not the full amount paid for the overall treatment. While I acknowledge the partial refund, it does not change the final outcome or my overall experience.

Dr Arooj gave clear and easy to follow directions that made taking the impressions easy. I look forward to starting my teeth straightening journey once my aligners arrive.

Brett is very helpful

Extremely difficult to get the impressions right. It took months. We were Extremely agitated . After months, we got approved. Now, it has been 5 weeks since they received the molds and no liner yet. I do not recommend
