Amazing experience!

They had great virtual assistance who were able to guide me along the process of making my impressions. I had failed on the first set they sent me doing them by myself. Thanks a lot again!

Dr J was great. The impression process is more difficult than I imagined though. Still a great experience so far.

Getting the molds correctly done were hard for me! Dr Jay was enthusiastic and patient and he had the teaching technique down perfectly. I got them right on my first try with him and am looking forward to the results!

Brett Arndt, the Smileie representative, was very good to deal with and very professional. He made the whole process very easy. I used SmileDirectClub for four years because the walls of their aligners were too thin. After each series, they had to send me a new impression kit and a new series of aligners. I’m probably one of the reasons they went bankrupt. Smileie, on the other hand, had better quality aligners. Their whole process and communications were excellent. In addition, the price was better than any other similar service. Consequently, I am no longer self-conscious about my teeth when I’m talking to others because my teeth are perfect.
