Wonderful experience with Smileie!
I have loved my experience with Smileie so much. Their customer service has been wonderful, my teeth are looking SO much better, and the cost was so reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased. I just recommended Smileie to a friend, and she's going to get their aligners too! I can't say enough good things about them! Everything about my Smileie experience has been so great.

Jawad was patient and kind. I messed up an impression. He was on the phone with me for over an hour and a half. He was polite and understanding.

Impression Session
Jawad was very professional and thorough in his explanations and demonstrations during my impression session. It really helped to know all the little tips, even while I made some mistakes, was still patient and helpful. Thanks!

Excellent customer care!
I was not only assigned an advisor, but a dentist spent an hour with me on Zoom walking me through the impression process and checking my impressions. This is a level of service and attention which was much higher than I expected!

It was a little bit intimidating at first because I wasn’t doing it right. But I understand he was just trying to get it right so I joked around and said don’t yell at me or I’ll cry and he has a wonderful smile and he said OK OK everything’s OK… And it was :)
