So far this company has been amazing with their customer service. I ordered and forgot to put the Cyber Monday for $100 off they answered my email withen 30 min and fixed it so I got the $100 off. I was worried about not receiving the kit before Christmas due to it being a present and I got it shipped to me 2 day befor 5 on a Saturday! I can’t wait till she has her results and I will update this review. As of now I am very impressed with their customer service!

I was hesitant to try to straighten my teeth online versus visiting a dentist or orthodontist, however the experience with Smileie has exceeded my expectations. The customer service has been excellent and the convenience of not having to travel to appointments and wait to be seen is great. I am not quite finished with my treatment, but am very happy with the results so far.

I am quite pleased with Smileie's service. They've been prompt with my e-mails (I dislike being put on hold and made to wait) and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process. I was having a hard time with my impressions, and they were more than helpful and patient with me. I recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their teeth without the hassle (and outrageous bills) of going to an orthodontist. I didn't have to wait in an office and deal with a rude receptionist.
