This company has been absolutely amazing! From the time I was researching at home aligners and had questions all the way up to getting the aligners delivered! I'm loving my new smile from Smileie. I always had straight teeth until I reached about 35 and then my teeth started shifting. I noticed that I wasn't wanting to smile as often and I felt subconscious about it. I signed up with Smileie and was a little nervous as they were a new business at the time. But...I've been very pleasantly surprised. They have answered my questions very promptly and everything has gone well. I wasn't completely satisfied at the end of my treatment and they have sent me more refinement aligners to continue my treatment until I'm completely satisfied. I'm so glad I went with Smileie!

Almost finished treatment and results are excellent. From the outset customer service was very good. The aligners are comfortable and the entire process is straight forward. I explained that the upper teeth might need more adjustment and received a prompt reply saying once the entire treatment was finished they would be there to make sure I was entirely happy. And all this without dental visits. Very impressive operation in my opinion.
