I ordered this product due to misrepresentations. The product was presented as an iPad - it is an Android. It is not compatible with AT&T and their IMEI shows incompatibility with this device. I asked for a return label due to incompatibility. They require you to ship it to China which costs more the the device itself. BUYER BE WARE!

I received my order. After charging it I can only get a page of a foreign language. It repeats line after line. I've reached out 4 times to the support site. I think it is a scam. I would give it negative stars if I could. I had read reviews that were positive, so I ordered. I want to recommend that no one else buys it.

This retail cite was given almost a perfect rating, so I ordered an eReader for my mother (BK7910) from your cite. We received it yesterday (1/262/26) and it is obvious that it was NOT a new device, but rather, a refurbished one. Books and images from 2009 forward were still on the devices internal memory. The item was cheaply made, requiring repeated pressing of buttons to get a response to command processes. The item shipped directly from China and tracking the shipment has been the only seamless action regarding the purchase. After a lengthy time to fully charge the device and a tedious, lengthy time getting the device restored and connected to the internet to download a book, the device will not stay charged for over 10-15 minutes. The only way to contact this company is via email. There is no direct customer contact phone number. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this purchase. I would NOT recommend ordering this product, nor would I suggest ordering anything from this retailer. I have no idea if/when I will here back from my customer service email inquiry as I did not receive an automatic reply advising that my correspondence was received and to be reviewed. DO NOT order from these types of retailers...an 'inexpensive' item with so-called 'high ratings' is often no better than a scam. Go with reputable retailers like Best Buy where issues can possibly be addressed in person.

Tablet will not take a charge, tablet was mis advertised on many fronts, return policy is absurd!

I ordered a tablet but for personal reasons decided against it and asked to cancel. This was done straight away and my money was back in my account within a week

Further to my review 5 days ago, I've now picked up my SmileBoxy CD. As other customers have found, it is a cheap, shoddily made product, not fit for purpose. DO NOT BUY!!! I made a mistake checking only one site review on the product ( portable CD player), which probably is a paid review site . Wanted to see how much would be with tax and delivery and accidentally placed an order. According to the company’s terms and conditions posted on their site , you can cancel order within 24 hrs. I sent them email within minutes of placing an order cancelling. They responded 3 days after that they already shipped the product. I asked to cancel shipment and refund. Three weeks later nothing happened. I finally received a product, which I will be returning right away. It does not even have a brand packaging, just some cheap crap Off Temu. Horrible customer service. Scam-my tactics and pushing cheap ass generic product for hundreds of dollars . Please do bot make the same Mistake Update: finally the product was delivered . I contacted the company and told them I will return for a full refund. They said “ no, since you accepted it you need to follow regular refund order” . Which they did not specify- you cannot return on their site. They product is a generic Chinese garbage, cheaply made worth $20. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are scammers.
