I bought this product over a month ago and it has not worked since it arrived. It won't charge at all and has never switched on! I have asked time and time again for an address to send it back to and for either another tablet or my money back and they just keep asking me to try different chargers and take a video. Absolutely sick of this company do not touch them with a bargepole!

Bought as a birthday gift. Unfortunately what was ordered was not what my partner wanted. Returns policy is very poor - only 14 days, so now unable to return it.

I have already written a review of how poor and shoddy this company and its products are. However I don't understand why there is not a blanket ban through CC companies when anyone is trying to order through this awful company. There should be a block on purchasing anything from them when using a credit card or debit card, surely this would send a message.

Rubbish scammers. They tell you the goods have been shipped and the local couriers, who are blameless, give a tracking number, but it's all smoke and mirrors. This bunch of cowboys need to be forced out of business.

Product was inferior and non operational. No customer service and non responsive. Avoid like the plaque. Companies like this give honest eCommerce brands a disservice.

This should be zero, or minus 10. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I bought an ebook reader, then read the reviews, cancelled the product, reported it to my bank to ask to refund. Smileboxy said they had already sent it, the bank lodged a 'cancelled product' dispute, and won, got my money back, but then Smileboxy sent me emails almost every day for ages, months saying i can't keep the product and the money. i tried to post it back and the post office wouldn't receive it because apparently china doesn't receive lithium batteries even in products. I eventually was able to post it, now smileboxy says i have to pay the chinese customs some tax or fees for it to be released, no idea how to do that. They are sayign they've passed it on to debt collectors and it'll impact my credit rating. Apparently they can't do that without a court order or something, and their emails count as harassment, so i've emailed them to say that. No matter what i do i can't get them to stop emailing me. This has gone on for months. total nightmare.

This is a low quality item. Arrived very late so didn't get access to it for 4 months. Too late to return. Who wrote the reviews on being the best e reader out there needs shooting

I’m afraid I agree with all the previous comments, had a faulty cd player & just keep getting email after email stringing me along, I guess I’m not going to get a refund/replacement, avoid dealing with this company at all costs - G.C.F
