This is a great company. The entire process was easy, the company kept in contact promptly as needed. My appliance came with 10 days of receiving my impressions. They are perfect, the color is perfect..and the price was a 1/3 of what my dentist quoted me. I highly recommend this company

I have not received the product yet, but customer service has been excellent.

I received my partial dentures, and they simply do not fit. The bottom fit does not allow me to comfortably close my mouth. I have tried working with Smile boutique to correct this issue and it has taken three times to try to alter the partial. The partial is still unusable to me and Smile boutique insists that I pay more money to get this corrected. I have already paid over $800 for my partials and they will need to go into the trash. I have wasted my money and do not recommend this product..

Great Customer service and I love my new smile!

I spent much time picking a place to order my flipper tooth. I settled with Smile Boutique because it was the only online service I found that had an actual dental clinic with an address in NY (which reassured me that actual specialists would be responsible for the manufacturing). I called with some questions about which type of material will suit me best and so on..Received all the answers needed to make a decision and placed an order. Not even two weeks later I received the finished product that fits perfectly. I already forgot I had it in my mouth by the end of the day, the color fits well with the rest of my teeth and my gums as well. If this flipper tooth lasts as long as they promise it's a truly excellent product. I can highly recommend this place - good quality, very responsive, and quick delivery.
