We understand it can be discouraging not to see visible results right away, Susan. For best results, place one pump of your Pro Whitening Gel on top of your toothpaste and brush your teeth twice daily for at least two minutes before rinsing. After brushing, apply your Advanced Teeth Whitening Pen by brushing a thin, even layer of gel onto each tooth. Do not rinse, and wait 20 minutes before eating or drinking to allow the gel to work effectively. It’s also helpful to keep in mind that habits like drinking coffee, tea, or soda can slow down whitening progress.
