Great products and excellent support
I have used Smash Balloon plugins for several years and have had a very positive experience. I used Smash Ballon for several years…
I used Smash Ballon for several years as a plug in to view instagram on my restaurants website. It was perfect and never failed. After I sold my restaurant, my marketing manager and I totally forgot to cancel SB. After a quick few emails, a year down the line, Paola and the team have canceled my account and even gave me a refund after an unexpected payment for the subscription went through. Honestly, amazing customer service, from real people. 5 stars!

Billing Support
I did not use the plug in but am in charge of the billing. Paola, Accounts and Billing Specialist, responded quickly to my support inquiry regarding cancelling the plug in because our client is nolonger using it on their site. She was able to cancel and confirm with me that it was done within an hour or two.
