Smash BalloonReviews of smashballoon.com

We’ve been using Smash Balloon for several years across a large number of the school websites we manage, particularly for embedding Instagram and Facebook feeds directly into their websites. The plugins work well, are straightforward to manage and give schools an easy way to keep their websites connected with the content they’re already sharing on social media. Just as importantly, the support has always been excellent. Whenever we’ve had a question or encountered an issue, the team have responded quickly and been genuinely helpful in getting things resolved. A reliable product backed up by very good customer support, and something we’re very happy to continue using across our school websites.

WORSE experience I have EVER had trying to BUY A PRODUCT!! Kept going in loops.. I put in a email and it tells me I have to have an account to purchase a subscription, yet there is no place to CREATE an account. And each time I put in an email, it loops me back to that error. So now I have THREE EMAILS I cannot use because they keep me stuck in loops. They just lost a subscription. Moving on to the next company that offers the same thing. And, when I get an email to set password for each of the emails, it tells me it's the WRONG login info. UGH! I will even pay MORE to avoid the hassle of Smash Balloon.

Great customer service, would use again on my other client websites.

Phenomenal customer support. They always respond quickly and with super clear instructions. They're friendly and never make you feel like a dumb a$$ even if you have a moment in which you question it yourself.

Excellent customer support: kind, quick, and very helpful in resolving my request. I was very satisfied with the plugin and will most likely use it again in the future.

Plugin with great features and excellent customer service. Manuel helped me run plugin scripts on my pages that were previously being blocked for some reason.

Easy to use plugins with great support. Lots of flexibility in the plugins.

Great service from Manuel even though it was just the free version of the plugin. Friendly and easy to follow instructions to fix a feed issue!
