Used once to screen share my Samsung phone with Samsung tv. Now my TV is black screen and I can't fix it even after factory reset I can't see the colour everything so dark.

Tutto bene finché non abbiamo dovuto cambiare il router, abbiamo reimpostato tutto, duemila tentativi, risultato: il dispositivo (lavatrice) non viene più riconosciuta da Smart Thing. Quindi è un servizio inutile di cui non possiamo usufruire. Tecnologia? Pfui, meglio una lavatrice normale

Beware. I signed up with Smartthings on a 5 day trial for free and then you get charged 49.99 a month. I didn't want the service so tried to cancel. I only use 2 emails for online log ins but Smartthings keeps telling me both are invalid and I can't cancel without logging in. I have tried several times. I thought something was suspect when I signed up but I didn't receive any emails from them.

Fragen über Fragen über Berechtigungen.... und zu viele persönliche Daten und trotzdem konnte ich mein Gerät nicht verbinden. Werden hier nur private Daten abgegriffen?? Die App ist Dreck!

L applicazione non funziona per la TV.... La accende e spegne solo... Non cambia canali non apre le applicazioni dice che nn ho attivato nessuna skill...praticamente non serve a nulla per la TV..

The company disabled the product and Forcing me to spend more to upgrade. I was one of the original Kickstarter backers. Totally ruined the product

I have had a Samsung SmartThings HubV2 for a number of years and it has always worked reasonably well although the app was not very good and difficult to use so when they upgraded the app I was quite pleased until I came to try and use it. I upgraded the app but could not connect it to my hub although the software continued to work so I contacted the Helpdesk and they advised me to reset my SmartThings Hub which I did but it still would not connect to the app. I have tried this procedure numerous times together with soft reset and router reset but to no avail. I have also contacted the SmartThings Support Team several times but with no response except from their Spares Dept telling me there will be a delay in supplying the parts - no idea what this refers to and no explanation. Looking at some of the Support Forums I am not alone in being left in the dark with no response and with numerous people with the same problem - so if you experience a problem with SmartThings don't expect much support. I am now going to disconnect all the SmartThings equipment and move to Apple.
