What a terrible app! For Samsung to force customers that have paid for their appliances to use the app or not receive rebates & extended warranties is NOT excusable. It is easier to link a cheap household from a non-name manufacturer that Samsung. This company is blatantly using customers to beta test their terribly designed software. What a joke!

Brand new Samsung s10 tablet and news Samsung s26 phone. The phone can find its self on smartthings and that useless. I i hand the phone why would i look for it. And nothing finds the new tablet and yes both are logged into the Samsung account. Junk app

Se programmi un lavaggio x la lavatrice e aspetti 10 secondi prima di inviare alla lavatrice o iniziare il lavaggio con Smart Control ti ritrovi a inviare sempre il programma eco 40-60. In queste condizioni è consigliabile programmare la lavatrice manualmente. In più l’app non mostra tutti i passaggi che appaiono sul dispositivo!

Smartthings apps in combination with a The Frame televsion is a hell, especially when you want to manage your own photo collection on it. Bad working user interface with a lot of bugs. Really terrible for an A-brand.

Negativa !!! I applicazione inutile,scarsa, come non averla, non funziona nulla. Puoi avere una lavatrice smart o TV,entrambi non fuzionano comunque,se non esistesse non si sentirebbe la sua mancanza. Ich nutze SmartThings seit einiger Zeit und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung ist intuitiv und die App übersichtlich, sodass man schnell alle verbundenen Geräte im Griff hat. Besonders praktisch finde ich die große Kompatibilität mit verschiedensten Herstellern – egal ob Beleuchtung, Sicherheit oder Haushaltsgeräte. Wenn man generell im Samsung-Ökosystem unterwegs ist, wird SmartThings nochmal deutlich besser: Die Integration ist hier besonders tiefgreifend und funktioniert extrem reibungslos. Aber auch für Nutzer anderer Systeme ist SmartThings eine sehr empfehlenswerte und flexible Lösung. Die Automatisierungen sind vielfältig und zuverlässig, und die Steuerung per Sprachassistent (Alexa, Google Assistant) rundet das Paket perfekt ab. Einzig ein kleiner Wunsch bleibt: Manchmal zeigt die App etwas nervige Anzeigen oder Hinweise (oftmals Werbung), die man gerne dauerhaft abstellen könnten, um die Nutzererfahrung noch angenehmer zu machen. Insgesamt ein solides, flexibles und benutzerfreundliches Smart-Home-System, das ich wirklich gerne weiterempfehle!

They got years with bad comunications,between a samsung tv and the app. Today you are connected,and tomorrow when you want to turn down volume on your son tv,is not connected animore.I don’t understand why they don’t invest in this app,and recommend it with any Samsung product ! Disappointed !!!!!!!

Smart things removed the option to mirror your phone screen to the TV. This was the only reason I used the app, and no longer have a use for it.
