Mary
Love this gate. Can easily detach and use upstairs also. It is easy to open for adults.
Response from Smart RetractNov 19, 2019
Hi Mary—thanks, and we are loving your 5-star Retract-A-Gate review! Yes, our safety gate truly has simple, one-hand use and can be paused while opening or closing. The push-and-then-turn locking mechanism (kind of like a child-proof cap) is easy for adults to use, however is difficult for children. Plus, another great feature is it may be snapped in and out of the brackets and moved from location to location. If you ever have any questions, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected]. Thanks, Deanna at Smart Retract.
