We needed a gate that had the capacity to close off two adjacent doorways. With an extra set of hardware this retractable gate does just that: providing a barrier to the dog’s area, or to the whole mud room, or none at all when our son has gone to bed for the night. This retracting feature works well and we like the slim design. Overall very satisfied with the product!

Easy to install and use - but on the gate side recommend screwing into a stud with at least 1 of the 2 screws where the brackets are, stopped a dog running quickly and no damage - dog is fine not hurt at all - did its job - excellent product

I called in to double check measurements and the rep was very helpful. We received the gate and I couldn't be happier! Its blocks off two of my staircases and stands up to my 16 month old bumping it and trying to get past it. Highly recommend the retract a gate!
