Excellent quality prints

The quality is always great! And the price is well worth it too. I use them both professionally and for small personal projects. :)

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Big fan of customer service from actual human beings. Thank you so much!

My organization publishes an annual journal and everyone I've worked with at Smartpress each year is fantastic and super helpful. I always get a great-looking product.

Excellent print quality, easy-to-use interface and speedy service. Smartpress is awesome!

The ordering process itself was not difficult, but we have a suggestion for future reference. The final coating should be optional. We ordered Coated Semigloss 2 Sides (C2S) - White folders which really don't need a final coating. Since a selection was required, we chose the aqueous matte believing it would not dull the project much and the inside should still have the semigloss shine, but to our dismay both sides are completely matte with added splotches of coating liquid on the outside! This made the color appear very dark. As you can tell, we are not very happy with the project's outcome. We've had this particular project printed many times before with no issues, but this is the first time using your company and had really wanted to use you for other projects. This is a poor print job that does not represent the quality of work produce by our company or promoted by your establishment.
