So helpful to bring out direct mailer to life!

we ordered calendars, while the option on the screen when you customize your order has the options to create a good product, there are no clear descriptions for someone who does not deal with printing on a daily, for example the numbers and description on the thickness of paper is not clear for someone not in the industry. this lead to us getting an incorrect product and while smartpress did take initiative and redid the order with the correct prompts i think this could have been avoided with clearer options. the quality of the calendars is great.

We use Smartpress every year! They have great options, are incredibly helpful with making sure the proofs are just right & quick on their turn around for printing. We’ll being using them again in the future

Excellent! Printed full color rack cards for an upcoming art exhibit. Very clear information on the site and when customer service answered questions. The work arrived on time and beautiful! Very very happy!

The personalized attention to detail and availability is what sold me on using SmartPress. The quality was excellent, too! Turnaround time and email communication were a bit slower than expected, but overall, I would recommend and will work with them again.

The quality of the 500 books we ordered was not up to the standards advertised by Smartpress. We did end up getting a refund, so on that front we are happy from a customer service perspective. However, there were many QC issues that occurred on dozens upon dozens of our copies which ultimately led us to have to switch printers. The worst example was the inside being printed completely upside down on at least 2 copies (!!). But overall, several copies of the book had blurry text on the inside pages (for some reason, whenever this happened it was always on the lefthand page of the mini puzzles section). Also, the spine bounced onto the front cover on several copies, so as to not match the approved proof and it made the cover design appear amateur. There were also ocassional issues with the precision of cutting at the top of the cover which again led to the design not matching the proof exactly. This is not to mention the issues on our previous order of 500 books, which had severe QC issues with the covers falling apart.

Fast and the printing quality was very well done.
