Parked up to go to Weatherspoons, 30 mins into being there a young girl was being attacked by multiple children and adults so i stepped in to cool things down but ended up with a parking fine for over staying, no point in appealing as these faceless cowards wont interact and see sense, Wxxkxxs the lot of them, i will not be visiting my home town again fed up with all these money grabbing pigs.

A completely faceless and unreasonable corporation that are not remotely interested iin adressng appeals either through their own procedures or POPLA (a total waste of time) and do not respond to data requests submitted under the GDPR regulations. Even when a failure of their own system results in them gathering and acting on incomplete data they are completely unreasonable and not prepared to listen to a rational dialogue. I have been fined £100 after making a 'U' turn in their car park twice in a single day.

Bought online parking at Milton Keynes station - followed directions to parking site. A few weeks later received penalty notice from Smart Parking. I appealed the fine and sent evidence of my parking payment. Smart parking didn't accept my online purchase, stating: "the payment was not issued by our ticket machines onsite". Anyone buying parking online - note the issue I experienced and beware of Smart Parking

I APPEALED A PCN NOTICE FROM THEM ONLY TO HAVE IT REJECTED. I GAVE THEM PROOF THAT I WAS NOT THEY WHEN THERE SAID I WAS, I GAVE THEM A JOB TICKET BUT THAT I THAT ISN'T PROOF ACCORDING TO THEM. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW I COULD OF DRIVEN FROM ONE SIDE OF BRISTOL TO THE OTHER IN RUSH HOUR IN 2 MINUTES? THE COMPANY IARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THERE BEHAVIOUR IS UNACCEPTABLE. BAD NEWS, RIP OFF ARTISTS WHO PRAY ON PEOPLE AND HIDE BEHIND CAMERAS AND DEBT COLLECTORS.

This company are a sham. They take your money in their machines, they take your car reg, but the do NOT give you a parking ticket NOR do they give you your money back. What the $$$$$$$$ give you instead is a PCN and when you appeal they again give you no response. They are a con. My advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S PARKING FACILITIES

do not bother appealing unless you want a long list of the by laws and regulations that they operate under and no empathy or understanding of the details of any appeal you are wasting your time as you then receive debt recovery notices costing you £170 each !! god only knows what the values of this organisation are i suspect they don't have any..my advice pay the minimum fine do not expect common sense to prevail just litigation and more cost Smart Parking is a joke both in name and ways of working...they don't care about you just your money !!

Totally fuming. Got the fine, but no back up from them to prove I've gone over my time other than their say so. Camera has no time on it, so can't dispute their claims. Haven't saved my parking ticket from 3 weeks previous of the date I over stayed my parking by 20 min. The fact I might have been driving round to find a space then walked to the parking meter is all within your time. These are real rip of merchants, I will not be visiting Bury car parkes again. Shame on who ever decided to use these scam merchants.

Not at all sure as to why so many people are so aggitated with this company. They are awhat they are parasites. You need to be as equally angry with eh morons that signed contracts with them. I pulled into the Roebuck Pub, Urmston Manchester on a dark cold March evening for a pint of lager and a lime and soda. Cost about £108. The pub is owned by Holts a much regarded and well Manchester Company. They must be in dire financial difficulties to exploit their customers so. Load of nonsense supplied by Holts about parking - I have the pictures. No explanation as to why they have used Smart Parking,other than to rake in a few extra quid. Shame on you Joseph Holt and Co.
