Smart Loan AidReviews of smartloanaid.com

I paid the fee. And waited for three weeks. I called Mohela ant they never have heard of Smart Aid. I tried to Login to Payitoff. Their system told me I needed a code which I request numerous times and they all did not work. I called Shelley and she tried to get codes on her end. That did not work, I said I wanted to call them. She told me just to call her. That raised a huge Ref Flag

Shaquon was very professional, inconsiderate of all of my financial needs. She worked diligently to ensure that she was able to help me to the very best of her ability.

Shaquon was great. I have been so anxious about making this call and she immediately put me at ease. I really didn't have any expectations as I didn't know anything about this company; I was referred from Yrefy. A few questions were asked and answered and Shaq check my qualifications and came back with a very manageable payment. So the application is in process. I may not be approved yet, but all signs are good. I didn't only have a good experience with Shaq, I feel like I gained a friend and confidant.

It was such a pleasant experiemce to work with Shelley. It has been an ongoing struggle to try to navigate repayment of my student loan. Her caring and kind demeanor was so healing for me. She was knowledgeable and communicated clearly. I felt relief and hope that I can finally get on a positive financial track. I told her that she is an answer to prayer.

Shelley was absolutely amazing. She is kind, and helpful. What was once a stressful situation with the previous financially unrealistic loan repayment is now the opposite. I feel like I can breathe again. Truly grateful for all her help.

My daughter's student loans have been a nightmare for me. This is the first time since she graduated I felt relieved. I absolutely love my rep Shaq!!
