The only time there nice and everything sounds good is when they want you to pay the fee once you pay the fee forget about it even exist, at least they called me to give me update

We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for updates while your application is being processed, especially during a time when loan servicers are experiencing significant backlogs due to the high volume of borrowers enrolling in Department of Education programs. After speaking with you directly, we're glad we were able to clarify our role in the process and that these processing timelines are determined by your loan servicer and are unfortunately outside of our control. We also appreciate your acknowledgment that our team set clear expectations regarding the expected processing timeframe at the time of enrollment. Because application status updates come directly from the loan servicer, there are often periods where the borrower will not receive new information while their application processes. Only one word described excellency from first time call to end. Im happy i called on time.everything fall on place that is when you know you are in the right track.
