I reached out to their customer service team via email on a holiday, and heard back with a personal, tailored response within a few hours. I had opted not to pay for expedited shipping, and was concerned my order might not be processed the next business day. The person I corresponded with wrote back multiple times, with clear, comprehensive information, and made sure my order was processed the very next business day after the holiday. On top of that, they sent me a 10% off code for any future order. This wasn't my first time ordering from Smart Kids Planet and it definitely won't be my last.

The customer service is STELLAR!!! The robot that I ordered for grandson is so cute. He’s 5 years old and sleeps with him every night. I accidentally ordered two robots, the Smart Kids Planet customer service team was quick to respond and cancel one of my orders. Once my order was shipped, they let me know that personally, and then they checked in once I received the robot. The customer service is what will keep me as a repeat customer.
