Prompt Resolution and Excellent Communication

Paypal help the funds for over a week, then never notified us via APN that it cleared, so did not autopost to the account. We did inform you Paypal was holding the funds, and you should have inquired again about status when you did not see it post to yor account after it cleared. We updated it manually for you.

Great prices, stable service and quick reply
In 2023-May I subscribed for a yearly VPS (linux with nvme/block storage) - 10GB + 250GB and so far, cannot say anything bad for the server or support. Have opened two tickets and both getting solved in reasonable time. It's used primarily for backups, so not much CPU tax, but is monitored from another vps in another country. The uptime and availability so far are great. Zabbix shows 98.7911% on report. Good service, would recommend.

Great customer service and product discounts
