I really like this coffee creamer! It didn’t have any bad after taste and I truly enjoyed it. That said, 35 bucks on Amazon for a 3 pack is way to much for me to buy it a second time.

I have not noticed any difference after 4 days with the pills. It will take a bit longer for me to figure out if this works for me.

After years of purchasing this product and having it delivered to my home address, the company recently mailed a purchase to an old address at which I have not lived for 8 years. So I had to pay for the same products a second time, to receive the product at the correct address.

Hi Heinz, I'm not sure how this could happen as it is up to the customer to choose the shipping address. It's possible it had your old address saved and somehow switched over to it. We can correct this very easily if you just contact us directly at [email protected]. We'd be happy to offer you a replacement in exchange for the inconvenience. Thanks!

It takes a bit longer than some deliveries and sometimes the products are melted

Coupon code that I receive with my packages doesn't work when I go to order again.

Hello Deborah, I have just reviewed your order on August 23rd and see that the coupon code that you're mentioning did indeed work. I think there's been a mistake.

I paid extra to receive my order quickly. It still took about a week.

The 5 week pack is a great deal. I would love to see the rest of the cookies at a $1 per cookie price point (or offered in 4-5 week bundle packs) so I can select other varieties without worrying about cost. I ordered too many Oatmeal Raisins. They were my least favorite; quite dry. The coffee creamer was also not too yummy... I love the protein bars...lemon and s'mores. So, it's a mix for me, I'm trying to stick with it!

As far as the cookies are concerned i'm usually very pleased However, many times i find little bits of what seems like wood slivers Mind you this isn't all the time or with every cookie I had spoke with someone a couple of years back and she got extremely defensive. i love your products but i find many of them to be pricy. I have been using your product for several years. Three seperate times i have spoke with sales people on the phone and they urged me to order directly from them and if i did they would send me out a complimentary new product to try. However, when i tried to do this i could never reach that sales agent again so i order online. Also i sent an email to SFL and asked what happened to the SFL AP because i used it all the time and i never got a reply. i deleated the AP by mistake and it seems to have dissapeared all together on the AP store. i just think your customer communication and service is very poor. Thank you
