I have been a long time customer. Your Cookies & Muffins are not the greatest tasting products to begin with. Over the years you have changed the recipes and made many of your products taste worse than the originals. The original Carrot Muffins were the best tasting, now the new recipe with the rubber-like frosting is just awful. It is literally like chewing rubber. I had to throw away the last order. The original Cranberry Cookie was good, the newer recipe I also find inedible. The same with the Banana Chip cookies. I just ordered the new Red Velvet cookie. It is absolutely AWFUL! I've thrown away hundreds of dollars of product from Smart For Life. It's time to find another diet. Neil,

Its not as good as it used to be several years ago. Did the formula change ? It's just slightly better than Walden Farms Coffee Creamers.

I ordered the product on March 29th (Thursday) and did not receive it until Tues April 10th, well past the 7-10 day window even if you don't count weekends

The shipping speed is unacceptable. They only ship ground from Florida so if you are on the west coast it will take at least a week. I have been waiting 7 days for my order. Why don't you ship from your LA store for west coast orders. At least offer faster shipping instead of not giving your customers any choice.

It's been a week after I ordered and it still says order not fulfilled ... what's the hold up?

Web site was great until I went to cash out. Link would not work. tried on computer and phone. When they won't let you buy you go elsewhere. Bought same product on Amazon who gladly took my money

Had coupon codes and none would work. Been a customer for almost 10 years. Disappointed!

These were tasty bars but lacked the nutritional content I require. I should have read the sugar content before purchasing. I didn't lose weight.
