I first went on this program back in 2008, lost a lot of weight then. Maintained ok through the years, but during this pandemic I got out of control. Now I’m back on and although the weight isn’t coming off as fast as it did last time, I am heading in the right direction. Customer service is great too, place your order and it’s here the next day! Great new variety of cookies now too!!

The SFL product is awesome. My favorite is the Irresistible Chocolate Chip cookies that are individually wrapped. They are delicious and healthy. I keep mine in the fridge. You gotta try this cookie even if you’re not losing weight! You will not regret trying. I recommend highly!!

I never believed in easy fast ways to lose weight After trying the chocolate coconut Protein Bar I can only say its changed my bad eating habits One bar is more than enough with a cup of coffee I dont look for sweets i am not starving for my next meal I am more relaxed and lost weight that i don t think ill ever gain back ! Its the healthiest way and most fun way to watch your body get to be what you dream for .I eat two a day and also sleep much better never feel bloated If you are not sure about this just try it for one month and you will never stop It s healthy as well! !!!
