I had a 5% off coupon that worked on a Smart for Life link from a previous sale, but the site didn't indicate verified. I found a link to the verified site, and my return5off code was no longer accepted. Also, much harder to search site for items that I've bought in the past.
DR
Be nice to have customer service... no one on weekends and no one answered note...

Hi Dr, please leave us your contact info and a customer service representative will reach out to you directly. We apologize that your experience with us was not up to the standards we strive to provide our customers. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback!

I have to say that it's an easy diet to follow. Although I've done it for 4 weeks and being really strict with it, I have not lost all that much I lost 8 pounds. I had lost 20 pounds with the Dr. Siegal's cookie diet 2 years ago. The smart for life cookies taste better than Dr Siegal cookies. But the outcome is not as good.

Hi Margarita, remember our customer service is available to help you continue to lose weight! An important factor is your water intake - we recommend drinking a glass of water with each meal replacement. This helps expand our proprietary fiber, leaving you feeling full & satisfied. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service department for additional tips on breaking through a weight loss plateau.
