I have been on this a few weeks now. This is a great product. By the time you start getting hungry it's time for another cookie or another bar.... they have a lot of different choices now which helps to mix it up. Their ingredients are also very healthy.... I needed something convenient and this just works .... Plus Adrian gives you personalized service .... I would highly recommend this program and I already have .

Been a client for years. Cookies are delicious and diet really works

I have tried so many diets over the years.... Smart for Life always gets me back on track. The cookies satisfy me and I like knowing exactly what to eat and no more. Now that there are so many additional products, it's easy to get variety. I recommend it highly!

I love the cookies because my blood sugar constantly drops and they really help to keep my sugar levels stable. I also have many problems with preservatives in foods and artificial sweeteners, and these are made so pure and clean, I've had no adverse reactions at all. LOVE that they don't cause sugar spikes/drops. I'm not diabetic, but hypoglycemic, and that can be just as problematic as diabetes...so these cookies really come in handy. I'm a pretty picky eater, and these are delicious. I get the Irresistible Winner Chocolate Cookies. Wouldn't change a thing. (Please don't, they're perfect!) Exactly what I've been looking for. :)

Excellent products! Octavio Leon/Florida

The bars are tasty, and they really work!! I'm not hungry at all on this diet and I've lost 20 pounds.

Great tasting craving-crushing cookies that keep hunger at bay all day. Works well for a person with a busy lifestyle
