I have been working with Robert Webber…
I have been working with Robert Webber for years and couldn’t be happier. He has scheduled trips for me in the USA as well as Canada and Europe. On the few occcasions he hasn’t been available. He teemed me up with one of his associates who picked up the slack.

We have been dealing with Robert at SmartCruiser for many, many years. There are many travel agents available in my neighborhood here in Arizona but I consistently deal with Robert in Florida because he is helpful and fair in getting my family great deals.

excellent service
excellent service, the only downside when I booked we were 3 and the cabin we had on the boat had a small bed, my boy is 6ft3 so it's me who had to sleep on the bed kind of extra, can be due to the fact that I speak french I did not understand but the service is very good. Can be a small note, it makes several cruises that I reserve with the same agent, a little attention on his part, either gift card of the cruise company would be very pleasant ...

Thank you for your feedback. I can appreciate that the extra bed offered by the cruise line can feel small to someone so tall. The majority of cruise line cabins are designed for double occupancy and some have additional bedding for a 3rd or 4th person. Because of space constraints, these beds tend to be smaller. We always engage Jennifer B to do all our trip planning. She is marvelous very helpful and knows what she is doing.she handles all our cruise friends for our annual Christmas time cruise. sometimes we have over 12 couples going. great job by her.

We have booked many cruises through SmartCruiser over the last several years. We have never had any kind of problem or issue, and in fact have recommended them to fellow travelers.
