Smartcruiser may be the best travel agency out there. Excellent rates, great customer service and on top of that you get additional bonuses and perks if you book with them rather than directly with the cruise company. I have been a customer for years and will remain so for many more years to come simply because of the fact that they deliver their promises. We initially booked a virtual interior balcony on the Wonder of the Seas. We found out that Smartcruiser had a group rate on a higher cabin category (central park balcony) which was even cheaper than our interior. We rang them and got to speak to Lynne who has been very kind to help us with our booking. About one hour later we received a new booking confirmation with the adjusted price and cabin category. That's what I call service ! Big credits go out to Lynne and want to mention Patti who has been assisting us with our bookings in the past. Nothing is too much to ask them.
