Because 0 stars isn't an option. (Avoid this company) Contacted them 20 Dec for a quote. I was given their "market-driven quotes based on real-time conditions" and the next day they inform me they have a driver BUT it's going to be 40% more than the quote I was given. They then tried to explain it was due to the season and holidays. Did they not know it's winter? Did the holidays just sneak up on them? This company advertises "While some companies may offer unrealistically low estimates, only to increase them significantly later, we prioritize transparency. We provide you with fair, market-driven quotes based on real-time conditions, ensuring you always get a realistic picture of what to expect." This is clearly a lie (and they do exactly what they accuse others of doing) or they are laughably incompetent at analyzing reality. Update 6 Feb: I just received notification that this review may come down. Convenient that they waited long enough that the deleted emails from this company are no longer in my trash. Hopefully this stays up so others are aware of their business practices.

Great company to work with and especially with Daniel.

I recently used Smart Car Ship LLC to transport two cars from Dallas to Houston, and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. Initially quoted a final price of $348, I ended up paying $540. After putting down a $100 deposit, they not only changed the pickup date without notice but also increased the price significantly. To add insult to injury, I discovered they advertised my order for $450 while quoting me $348. Their deceptive practices and failure to adhere to agreed-upon dates make them an unreliable choice for car transport services. Avoid the hassle and look elsewhere for a more trustworthy company. Finally cars are here and communicating with Victor was good!

Wouldn’t recommend!! Just Fraud!! Comunicación was excellent at the beginning , Daniel Jones responded every single text and when my husband made the finals agreements and paid the deposit ( $100). The final delivery amount increase. $900 more !!!!

Daniel was very communicative and responsive. Only thing I didn’t like was that there was a $100 jump from my initial quote. However overall it was still more affordable than other towing services and Daniel was very helpful.

Because they were a broker I was a little nervous. David arranged a three-way phone call with them and the actual driver. Got an exact quote. Took great care of my car. Excellent service.
