William Todd made the service easy to handle and helped to ensure that the car was picked up and dropped off on time. The driver was also easy-going and had multiple payment options available.

They had my last review removed. This company took a deposit, gave me a quote, spoke to me up until the day of and then, upon the day oif moving and shipping, ghosted me. After a few hours of no communication they came back with a price 3 times the amount. They tried to negotiate a refund of my deposit based on rather I took my truthful review down. Trustpilot's reputation is now on the line for deleting the previous review. This company did not ship my vehicle. They did try and price gouge me. I have no reason to believe they would have completed the shipment at all. I do not believe this company is reputable. They did nothing but cause me great anxiety on moving day, leave me in a lurch, and then harras with phone calls and texts regarding a bad review that they could not have deserved more/

Bait and Switch - Quoted $850 to transport vehicle. The day before scheduled pick-up, was told I owed the driver $1,350 in addition to the $150 deposit. DOUBLE the quote price!!!!BEWARE

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing Smart CarShip LLC to transport my truck from Ohio to New Hampshire. Dealing with brokers for vehicle delivery can be exhausting, but my experience with this company was the opposite. They were proactive at every step, overcoming challenges like the size of the truck that initially posed an issue with an enclosed trailer. Despite this, they efficiently arranged another truck and ensured on-time delivery. My truck arrived promptly, just before Christmas, fulfilling the promised timeline. The communication throughout was exceptional, making Smart CarShip LLC a company I would confidently choose again.
