I reserve 5 star ratings. In fact, I almost have a hard time clicking the 5th in general. The team in Chatsworth took my reservation over the phone, got me set up with packing materials, showed up on time, called when they needed to, and did everything right. I know they'll do their best to keep the box safe and move it carefully because of they way they work intelligently and efficiently. It's a great deal too. Thanks again,

I would definitely use this service again! I was able to get smartboxes delivered to me even at the last minute! I wasn't sure that they would fit in my parking area through the alley but the driver was able to make it work and he was very professional. I'm glad I didn't have to rent a truck and pack that just to have to do it again when I was done with the remodel. Smartbox really made this whole process very easy for me, and I appreciate that!

We used 2 Smartboxes to stage our house when we put it up for sale. They were great, we were able to quickly make our too small house look like a family of 4 could easily fit in it! We loaded them over the weekend and they took them away before the open house so the house looked great!
