Great option for urgent short term needs but will likely use again for longer term. The delivery and pickup went smoothly and our preferred temp location for the box was accommodated. Delivered on Fri, picked up Sat as planned. skilled & super nice people!

Communication and service was fantastic. My only drawback was the claim a single container could hold a "one bedroom apartment." Not true. My bed took up half the container. I had to sell my sofa. If you have a one bedroom apartment - get two!

From ordering the boxes by phone and email to prompt delevery and pick up the folks involved have been most helpful and polite. At this point, the boxes have not been returned thus I am hoping all furniture stored will be in the same condition as when it was stored. Am grateful to the company for responding quickly to my "cry" for more boxes the day the movers were here! This has been the only drawback with using smart boxes...they are somewhat smaller than the movers and I expected. At this point, am not sure if the movers packed things as well as they could have (I did use a moving company for this project!) as they filled each box. They were told that you should be able to fit one room in 1 1/2 boxes. I also had several pieces that would ot fit in the boxes...that was surprising. But, all in all, I have been pleased with the service at this point.

Easy to deal with on line, delivery was as scheduled and placed expertly as we ordered. Move was smooth with no problems of cargo shifting.

The pods was delivered on time and the delivery man was really nice in explaining how they work. I liked that they called me when they were on there way to pick up the pods. I am happy with the service so far . Thanks Keithlyn smith

I called a number of different moving box companies and SmartBox had the best price/availability. My service reps were fantastic and kept in touch the whole time. My delivery man in Kennesaw, GA was Santa Claus and he and the owner of that branch were amazing. Delivered on time and navigated a very tricky unloading area. My only recommendation to someone using their service is to make sure and get enough boxes. I was recommended 2 boxes for my 2 bedroom apartment but 3 would have been MUCH better. We had to leave behind bookshelves and chairs not having enough space. Also, make sure not to load a Queen-size mattress horizontally, as it will not fit!! We discovered this after loading the entire box and were going to place the mattress on top of the load but could barely get it in horizontally with squishing and the box spring was not an option. Had to leave the box spring behind! One of the doors broke it's clasps and was only being held on by the padlock by the time it got across the country. This might have been less of a problem, if we had the right amount of boxes and didn't have to fill them so tightly. Nothing was lost, however! I really like this company and recommend they suggest a larger quantity of boxes needed and that they improve on the crate locking clasps. Would use again for sure!

Well we just started to load the first one and so far it's ok could be a little bigger, will write a better one when I'm done

So far our experience has been very positive. Smartbox has done a great job answering all of my questions. They brought the box out in a timely manner and picked up right away. The first box we received was for staging our home. We will get another one, closer to our move date and then they will be shipped across the country. We are not sure yet if they will need to be stored on the back end. The only thing that I wish was a little better was after picking up our box; that we received some sort of receipt. I will write another review when our process of shipping is finished; hoping for smooth sailing.
