I just wanted to give a five star review for the best Customer Service in the Santa Barbara upper State Street in the five points shopping mall. Homero went out of his way to help us and we believe he is a great addition to the store.. and it’s people like him with great customer service that makes you wanna come back.

I had A great experience at smart and final in Porterville. I needed Something last minute and couldn’t find it quickly. I stopped someone who i thought Was a normal employee to direct me and towards the end of our conversation found out he was a manager. Andy cerda stopped what he was doing to help me without a problem. He walked me to the exact location. It was my fault for not seeing it. It was clearly labeled and right where it should have been. Andy and his team were so helpful and appreciated them enough to leave a review.

Hello, friends and family, Hope everything is good and well with you. I am always proud to shop in your store and I do one thing that I need to bring your attention. Is that the rotisserie chicken for the past two months as we buy it me and my husband we find it to be very, very salty, with all the respect ! We will continue shopping there🫶
