I recently received a batch of the blueberry pear treats—my bunny’s absolute favorite—but to my surprise, he turned his nose up at them! Concerned and a bit puzzled, I reached out to SPS customer service to get to the bottom of it. I was blown away by how quickly and kindly they responded. The team took my concerns seriously and Grace worked swiftly to make things right. Thanks to their help, and Grace's personal concern for my bunny, they are rectifying the issue and hopefully my bunny will be shortly enjoying his Blueberry pear treats and all his Healthy Snackers again soon. I don't know what I would do without them he loves them so much. I hope everything works out. Thank you, Grace. It’s clear SPS not only cares about their products but also about the pets (and pet parents!) who rely on them. I’m hopeful this great experience continues so I can confidently order all of my bunny’s favorite snacks again. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Great variety of hay for finicky buns like mine and their customer service is super! I have been a patron since 2019 and maybe have had 2 issues with my orders but they were resolved immediately with no problem. Yojimbo Usagi loves his oat hay, toys, snacks from SPS and that just tickles my heart. Thank you =)

I order what I need it for my bunnies,while nearly all of my order came( and lots of goodies that I actually didn’t order,wow amazing :) expect Timothy hay,they were quick to send me a box of hay for bunnies that they love!

I was not getting reward points so I emailed and Becky responded. Shortly after I sent her my information, she resolved the rewards issue. Their products I ordered are worth it and my two lionhead rabbits have their favorites. Sometimes app doesn't seem to work but once they are notified issues are addressed.

I think Small Pet Select is a great company because no matter the problem, their employees are always willing to find a solution to your problem. My issue with the current website is that I seem to have trouble navigating the website. I seem to not understand some of the responses when I order products, for example placed an order for two products for subscription order, same delivery time, but they were not grouped together.. came up separately. I think it would be great to place an order where both items were in the same shipment. Melisa was very helpful in instructing my previous order ( Ship date Oct 23 which I cancelled) and created a new subscription. Moreover, all of my experiences with Small Pet Select customer service have been good and the products I order for my 2 bunnies are always consistently good quality. I really like all of the thoughtfulness put into everything they do.
