Love the variety of food items for furry critters. Much better than a traditional pet store. I wish they had a brick and mortar shop by me!

First time ordering from this company and it was a really positive experience from start to finish. They had the hamster bedding that we were looking for at a good price and with no delivery charges. We also qualified for a free gift, and when the order came, they had put in a few sample bags of other treats too. My daughter was delighted. Will definitely be using this company again.

I wanted great quality food for my guinea pig and I have been using small pet select his entire life. This newest box of. pellets arrived with a big slice down the side of it. Certainly not something they did at pet select but when I shared pictures in a text message, they immediately sent out another box. (20# box… this is a $59.99 item.) I didn’t expect them to be so generous. I told them our pig was six years old and I hope he lives long enough to eat all those pellets! They simply thanked me for taking care of an older guinea pig. And continued with their shipment of a new box for him. No fuss no muss.

While on Facebook, I had been viewing Masons’ Cavies and saw they were feeding their piggies many of your products, so I decided to try them. I had been using at least 3 other brands of Timothy, but they were filled with hard pieces and very dried and not green at all. But since I have been using your Timothy, my piggies gobble it up. I lost one of my girls, Katie, last August, but her sister, Gracie, still enjoys your boxes of Timothy. Also recently, I thought I had made a mistake in a reorder and contacted your AI chat line. My concern was alleviated within minutes! Thank you for providing a great product for our little furry loved ones…and thank you for your notes in the boxes, too. You make your business feel personal.

I have used this store for years to buy hay for my rabbits. Great quality hay at fair prices, currently buying orchard hay to have less of an allergic reaction for me. Customer service is prompt, friendly, and willing to set things right. The point system for being a loyal customer is icing on the cake. Great store, highly recommend.

So I have been getting my hay from small pet select and I order the 10lb hay box I have never gotten a box damage but this one happened to be wet. So I sent pictures and they were quick to respond and they resent a new box. This is a great company I know it was not from them I believe it happen through the ups, thank you small pet you have always been a very good company with great values to your customers.
