The quality and selection of items are great. Our bunny loves receiving the Bunny Box.

This company is do well

Small Pet Select’s Customer Service reps are beyond amazing, friendly & helpful!!! UPS lost our rabbits 10 pound box of hay before it ever left the UPS warehouse. And SPS immediately sent us a replacement box when they found out. Our sweet Lop will only eat SPS hay. (He just smelled 3 different types of Pet store hay & wouldn’t eat it.) Many thanks to SPS for the past 18 months of excellent products & service!!!

Ordering was so easy. My buns shipment came in a timely fashion as promised. The box the items came in had a welcome letter as well as other things including a gift! I also love the fact that this is a family owned business. Thank you!

I like that when I have a problem, whoever I speak to is courteous and helpful. Also, when we receive poor hay, that you will give a replacement free. Our bunnies love your hay, so when we get a bad box, they are mad and act out. I also like that you give rewards, which help us to be able to save a little money.

My rabbits love this hay! I was surprised by the quality & all the extras that came with the hay like flower petals & leaves. I've been buying hay from a large pet store but my rabbits didn't like it so I made the switch & now feel a little guilty for not switching sooner. I am very happy with my purchase from Small Pet Select!

Small pet select is our go to for all things bunny! Everything from the freshest hay, to soft bedding, and toys that keep our bunny happy (and distracted enough to let our carpets and furniture survive!) We truly appreciate the first class costumer service they provide; an issue with our most recent order was addressed and corrected immediately, and in the most friendly and helpful manner! This is a company with heart and quality products! We highly recommend small pet select!!

I’m obsessed and so are the bunnies. I love introducing them to new foods and they love trying them. I never would have known how much they love pea flakes and dried carrots.
