I ordered the night projector. It came squashed and i sent the photographic evidence to them and requested a refund. They refused stating it was a little bashed but not like for a refund and offered 4USD off any future purchase. Not likely as I have now checked it and it’s static not like advertised and the quality is inferior for the price it cost. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere

Delivered after about a week but from the photo attached this has not been delivered to my property. Raised this and received the standard “Royal Mail says this has been delivered” response so they won’t do anything more about it. Shame as I was looking forward to receiving this, although I note reviews of the product itself are mixed…

This company has terrible products. It took nearly 3 months to receive the projector and it was nothing like the advertisement. Don't purchase anything from this company. It's a SCAM.

This is the second time I am rating this company as I can’t reply to the companies answer to my first. Order item and it was shipped to a state 1000 miles from me. Contacted them numerous times and their only reply is the item was delivered and for me to check with my post office. The post office won’t help as they never received the package as we are in NJ and delivered to Nebraska. I feel non of this is my fault and I’m out my money. Company refuses to issue refund or send me a new item. I’m convinced the emails I send are answered by AI because it’s obvious they are not being read STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. As you can see the company has responded and act co Cerna’s. It is a front I’ve contacted them numerous times with order number and they send the same AI generated response. They have no interest in helping or refunding my money. This company is a fraud. !
