The fan remote works well. Easy to navigate, and can be mounted on a wall.

Love hearing this. A remote that actually does its job without acting dramatic is a win these days. Glad it has been easy to use and that the wall mount setup is working out for you. Thanks for sharing your experience and enjoy the smooth control.

Great products. Easy installation. We even bought a second fan once the first one came.

Hi there, Thank you so much for the awesome feedback. Really glad to hear the installation went smoothly and you liked the first fan enough to come back for a second one. That means a lot to us. If you ever need help or have questions down the road, just let me know.

Ordering, shipping and delivery was all smooth. Fans were well packaged and easy to install. The remotes paired easily. One tip I’d suggest is if you buy multiple, install and pair with the remote one at a time. We had a couple remotes connect to the other fan by mistake and had to start pairing process over. This is new construction so the fans were installed long before we could use them. As I setup the mobile app to get my home automation devices discoverable one fan failed to be found. Smafan quickly sent me a replacement PCB which we swapped out and now it all works correctly. We’ve purchased 4 fans from Smafan and they are all quiet and responsive.

Thank you for sharing such a detailed and helpful review! We’re glad to hear the ordering, shipping, and installation all went smoothly and that the remotes paired easily. Your tip about pairing one fan at a time is spot on and will definitely help other customers. We’re also happy the replacement PCB solved the app setup issue and that all four of your fans are now running quietly and smoothly. We truly appreciate your continued trust in Smafan and are here anytime you need support.

Great, nice looking fan. BRIGHT light with different color options-nice feature. My only small quibbles would be; the fan speed does not resume to last speed when turned off, also the instructions (diagrams) were a little vague a times. But other than that I would buy more!
