I ordered the DC motor fan online through the store web site. The fan arrived within 4 days. That was much faster than I would have ordered it from Home Depot. This place beat the price and delivery schedule from Home Depot. The fan was easy to install and it is very quiet. I specifically ordered this fan because it has a bright LED light for reading. I can also dim the light.

I was unaware that you could not enable his/her remotes or I would not have ordered an extra remote.

Purchased two super quiet Explorer outdoor smart fans. Customer service was able to quickly provide longer down rods to accommodate my sloped pavilion ceiling. Both fans werer easily synced to run from one remote.

Impressive fans and tech! Bought 2 to replace outdated fans. Really like the look and performance of the design. Set up to Google Assistant and able to control now via voice and app. Just purchased a 3rd fan to complete whole house.
