Honestly the experience on the site was great, I was a little hesitant because I had not heard of the company and was going to purchase the fan elsewhere, however not only was the fan cheaper it came even quicker than I expected.

My fan stopped working after about 8 months. Technician worked with me to diagnose issue and immediately sent out replacement part. Then walked me through process of making repairs.

Great products, prices. Good communication and r3sponses to questions. Good post sale food up to confirm everything met expectations. Smafan is my absolute go to for purchases. Oh, and I 2as looking for a fan with good lighting. They have it. Lights up room.

The fan is working GREAT! The size is perfect for the location in our lanai. The ability to change the color and brightness of the light is very nice. Also, being able to control the fan from a remote or wifi with the app or Alexa is wonderful. I hope I need another fan soon so I can buy one from smafan! I've become a "fan" of smafan for their options and more importantly the customer service. Yes, my pun was intended!
