Dear Katherine Thank you for your feedback,Katherine.We have warranty service to support our customers,if you want any assistance in the /exchange/return/refund,we are happy to help you out. If our customers receive damaged packages(or crooked parts of the fan),we can send replacement to them for free.The carrier will be responsible for the damaged packages(parts). Regarding your order SF#1721,we have discussed it further via email on June 30.You said that the look of the fan didn't fit your room.We have proceeded the return and have already created the refund to you.
